Rules & Regulations
- Due to the location of the lodge, silent times are from 23:00pm to 07:00am.
- Fires are only to be made in the provided / demarcated areas.
- No pets allowed.
- No loud music or rowdy behaviour will be tolerated.
- Fires are to be extinguished after use as often strong winds prevail at night and this can lead to veld fires.
- In the case of strong winds arising, all mobile braai units with fires are to be moved away from the perimeter in order to avoid any sparks being blown into the veld.
- No harm to be done to any wildlife or vegetation.
- Vehicles are to be parked where they will not inconvenience other guests.
- No excessive driving / wheel spinning on the lawns.
- No foul language or abuse in any shape allowed towards other guests or staff.
- Only four-wheel drive vehicles are permitted on the mountain drive.
- There are no firearm safes on the lodge hence we prefer guests not to bring them to the lodge. In any event no fireams may be discharged or used.
- Refuse is to be disposed of in the bins provided. A fine will be imposed on any persons seen littering.
- No smoking is allowed in any of the chalets, ablution blocks or the bar.
- Ensure that cigarettes are put out properly and not left in the veld.
- Any damages caused or faults are to be reported to lodge management immediately.
- Chalet towels are not to be used as swimming towels – kindly supply your own.
- Chalet items including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and bedding are not to be removed from chalets and a checklist will be completed upon your departure. Any items missing will be charged for.
- No own drinks or beverages are allowed at the pool area or in the bar / restaurant.
- Children are not to be left unattended at the pool area.
- Always lock your Chalet and close all windows when going out.
